Adults/Teens Dichroic Fused Glass Pendants Workshop 11/22

Students will create their very own one-of-a-kind beautiful fused dichroic glass pendants by designing and stacking pieces of colorful art glass and lightly gluing them in place before we fire it for you.

This fun Glass Fusing workshop does not require any prior experience. We will help guide you as much or as little as you like. All materials needed to make two 1”x1.5” art glass pendants with dichroic are included. If you have time you can add a third art glass pendant without the dichro at no extra charge. Bring your friends or make new ones at our Fused Dichroic Glass Pendant Workshop.

We’ll start off by giving you a basic overview of glass fusing, show you a variety of ways to safely cut glass, explain the importance of proper construction, display some design ideas and then you get to belly up to the bar, the glass bar, that is. All RiverFire Glass fusing workshops feature our glass buffet at which you can easily pick out all your components to bring back to your work station.

We'll fire it in our kiln, attach a silver-plated bail and a black satin cord. Your unique finished necklace will be ready to pick up in about a week.

Options you can add during class:

Gold colored metal bail +$2

18” Silver-plated snake chain can be added for $10

18” Sterling silver chain is an additional $25

If time permits:

You can make an additional pendant for $30

You can make one pair of steel stud or sterling silver French wire earrings for $18

If you cannot pick up your pieces we can mail them to you for the USPS shipping fee + a small handling charge to cover time.

1 session, 2 hours

Fee includes use of our tools, grinder, materials for this project & one firing. If you are making your pendant a present, we will place it in a pretty organza bag perfect for gifting.
